What you will do

  • Drive recruitment for high-impact GTM roles including Sales, Marketing, and Sales Engineering.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop talent acquisition strategies across multiple geographies.
  • Source passive candidates and evaluate direct applicants through various channels.
  • Optimize recruitment workflows and best practices to reduce Time to Fill (TTF).
  • Manage the full interview lifecycle, ensuring a high-touch and respectful candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with the People Team to align TA initiatives and processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in SaaS B2B or fast-paced tech environments.
  • Proven success recruiting for revenue-generating roles (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing).
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience working in startups or organizations in hyper-growth mode.
  • Expert knowledge and proficiency with the Greenhouse ATS.
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging LinkedIn for strategic prospecting and brand engagement.

Nice to have

  • Experience with operational and strategic enhancements to the recruiting process.
  • Ability to pivot and support engineering positions when necessary.
  • Early career experience in technical recruiting within an agency setting.
