What you will do
- Drive recruitment for high-impact GTM roles including Sales, Marketing, and Sales Engineering.
- Partner with business leaders to develop talent acquisition strategies across multiple geographies.
- Source passive candidates and evaluate direct applicants through various channels.
- Optimize recruitment workflows and best practices to reduce Time to Fill (TTF).
- Manage the full interview lifecycle, ensuring a high-touch and respectful candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the People Team to align TA initiatives and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in SaaS B2B or fast-paced tech environments.
- Proven success recruiting for revenue-generating roles (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing).
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience working in startups or organizations in hyper-growth mode.
- Expert knowledge and proficiency with the Greenhouse ATS.
- Demonstrated success in leveraging LinkedIn for strategic prospecting and brand engagement.
Nice to have
- Experience with operational and strategic enhancements to the recruiting process.
- Ability to pivot and support engineering positions when necessary.
- Early career experience in technical recruiting within an agency setting.
