Compensation: $115,000 - $140,000

What you will do
- Own full-cycle technical recruiting for Product, Engineering, ML/AI, and Data roles.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies utilizing GitHub, Slack communities, and conference talks to find top engineers.
- Write highly personalized, technically literate outbound messages to drive high response rates.
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and design effective interview processes.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting within the ATS.
- Act as an internal expert on the engineering talent market, compensation trends, and competitor scaling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience at high-growth startups or top-tier tech companies.
- A proven network of strong engineers built on genuine professional relationships.
- Technical fluency and the ability to discuss tech stacks and architecture tradeoffs.
- Ownership mentality with the ability to track funnels and propose process improvements.
- Must be based in New York City and able to work from the Hudson Square office 4 days per week.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with healthcare tech, SaaS, or AI-enabled products.
- Proven experience sourcing through non-traditional channels.
