Compensation: $115,000 - $140,000

hirify.global builds AI-powered technology to remove bottlenecks in healthcare paperwork, ensuring patients receive care faster and providers are paid efficiently.

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle technical recruiting for Product, Engineering, ML/AI, and Data roles.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies utilizing GitHub, Slack communities, and conference talks to find top engineers.
  • Write highly personalized, technically literate outbound messages to drive high response rates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and design effective interview processes.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting within the ATS.
  • Act as an internal expert on the engineering talent market, compensation trends, and competitor scaling.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience at high-growth startups or top-tier tech companies.
  • A proven network of strong engineers built on genuine professional relationships.
  • Technical fluency and the ability to discuss tech stacks and architecture tradeoffs.
  • Ownership mentality with the ability to track funnels and propose process improvements.
  • Must be based in New York City and able to work from the Hudson Square office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with healthcare tech, SaaS, or AI-enabled products.
  • Proven experience sourcing through non-traditional channels.
