Location: Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (onsite)
Salary: $110K – $180K + 0.05% – 0.25% equity

What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across engineering, product, GTM, and other functions.
- Ensure outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and process improvements.
- Experiment with creative sourcing techniques and employer branding strategies.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies independently, working directly with founders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, including technical recruiting
- Proven ability to source, engage, and close top-tier engineering talent
- Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and developer communities
- Experience with ATS platforms (Ashby), sourcing tools, and employer branding
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
