Location: Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (onsite)

Salary: $110K – $180K + 0.05% – 0.25% equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across engineering, product, GTM, and other functions.
• Ensure outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and process improvements.
• Experiment with creative sourcing techniques and employer branding strategies.
• Develop and execute hiring strategies independently, working directly with founders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, including technical recruiting
• Proven ability to source, engage, and close top-tier engineering talent
• Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and developer communities
• Experience with ATS platforms (Ashby), sourcing tools, and employer branding
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience
• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
