What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for national field sales roles, from sourcing and screening to closing.
• Partner with the leadership team and Provider Partnerships org to define hiring needs and execute effective processes.
• Drive a high-quality candidate experience through organized and transparent communication.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and creative channels to identify and engage top GTM talent.
• Maintain and optimize recruiting systems and pipelines to ensure data-driven hiring.
• Contribute to the development of a strong employer brand to attract top-tier candidates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume sales or GTM hiring.
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruiting process independently.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous early-stage startup environment.
