Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 per year

What you will do
- Own program performance end-to-end, leading experimentation strategy, optimization, and tuning.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments across email, SMS, and omni-channel journeys.
- Define success metrics aligned with client objectives, business outcomes, and regulatory constraints.
- Oversee the evolution of dashboards and reporting frameworks, ensuring data quality and pipeline accuracy.
- Act as a trusted analytics advisor to health plan executives, leading performance readouts and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Deep experience with A/B and multivariate testing and hypothesis-driven analysis.
- Advanced SQL fluency and proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong command of KPI definition, tracking, and measurement frameworks.
- Comfort operating in regulated environments with sensitive data (HIPAA/PHI awareness).
- Must be based in New York, NY.

- Experience in healthcare, health plans, or other heavily regulated industries.
- Familiarity with outbound engagement platforms and marketing automation.
- Proven ability to mentor analysts and cultivate a performance-driven organizational culture.
