TL;DR

Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own program performance end-to-end, leading experimentation strategy, optimization, and tuning.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments across email, SMS, and omni-channel journeys.
  • Define success metrics aligned with client objectives, business outcomes, and regulatory constraints.
  • Oversee the evolution of dashboards and reporting frameworks, ensuring data quality and pipeline accuracy.
  • Act as a trusted analytics advisor to health plan executives, leading performance readouts and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Deep experience with A/B and multivariate testing and hypothesis-driven analysis.
  • Advanced SQL fluency and proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Strong command of KPI definition, tracking, and measurement frameworks.
  • Comfort operating in regulated environments with sensitive data (HIPAA/PHI awareness).
  • Must be based in New York, NY.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, health plans, or other heavily regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with outbound engagement platforms and marketing automation.
  • Proven ability to mentor analysts and cultivate a performance-driven organizational culture.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
