Vice President, Performance & Analytics (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Remote in New York, NY

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end performance measurement, experimentation strategy, optimization, and ongoing tuning for engagement and activation programs.
• Design and lead A/B and multivariate experiments across email, SMS, web, and omnichannel journeys.
• Identify performance drivers and inhibitors through funnel, cohort, segmentation, and root-cause analysis.
• Define success metrics and measurement frameworks aligned with client objectives, business outcomes, and regulatory constraints.
• Lead the evolution of dashboards and reporting frameworks while validating data quality, tracking, pipelines, and KPI definitions.
• Present performance readouts and strategic recommendations to health plan, partner, client, and internal executives.

Requirements

• Deep experience with A/B and multivariate testing, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and hypothesis-driven analysis.
• Advanced SQL fluency and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Strong command of KPI definition, tracking, and measurement frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations and defend methodology, results, and conclusions.
• Comfort working with sensitive data in regulated environments, including HIPAA and PHI awareness.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, creative, and client teams.

• Experience in healthcare, health plans, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with outbound engagement platforms, including email, SMS, and marketing automation.
• Experience with omnichannel engagement experimentation.
• Experience mentoring analysts and shaping a performance-driven culture.
