About role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and SDR to join our team. In this role, you will be the company's first point of contact with potential clients (business owners and decision-makers). The role requires excellent communication skills, a curious mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding our company's services in order to communicate them effectively
- Identify and qualify business opportunities.
- Conduct active (outbound) prospecting via LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads to determine whether they match the ideal customer profile.
- Move decision-makers to a call with our sales team.
- Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, keeping records up to date.
- Exceed targets for contacts and scheduled meetings.
What we expect from you:
- Solid understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and the ability to identify decision-makers within organizations
- You are a hunter and know exactly how to find the information.
- You like to think outside the box and find ways to achieve your goals.
- You are able to handle rejection and remain focused on goals.
- You are not afraid to be persistent and convince potential customers.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Comfortable working autonomously, taking initiative, and sourcing solutions independently.
- Upper Intermediate English level.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in HR tech, fintech, or high-growth startup environments
- Experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), driving prospecting, outreach, and qualified lead generation
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools (example Apollo.io or GetSales).
