What you will do

  • Own evolution of Apollo data platform: develop roadmap, manage budget, lead technical direction, implement AI workflows for automation and insights.
  • Architect data models, pipelines, ETL flows, and ensure reliable analytics and performance reporting.
  • Oversee analytics, ad-trafficking, conversion tracking, measurement frameworks, and migration to automated systems.
  • Implement forecasting, predictive modeling, and repeatable analytical tools for client campaign performance.
  • Manage small team of specialists and contractors, drive talent development, change management, and tool adoption.
  • Contribute to agency leadership, championing data-driven decisions and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in agency space, preferably analytics/product/digital marketing.
  • Proven small team leadership shipping data/analytics solutions with limited resources.
  • Hands-on SQL, Python, DBT, APIs, ETL pipelines, data warehousing (BigQuery, Snowflake).
  • Experience in lean environments without large engineering teams.
  • Ability to contribute to application code (Node, React preferred).
  • Strong tracking architecture knowledge (GA4, GTM, server-side, conversion APIs).
  • Forecasting/analytical models for campaign performance; data collection/retention systems.
  • Strong communication across stakeholders.

  • React/Node and custom front-end experience.
  • Building internal analytics platforms.
  • Custom AI tools including chat/agentic apps.
  • Managing contract/offshore resources.
