What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership for backlog prioritization and effective delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive high team performance.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Based in or near Monterrey, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience working in or knowledge of the automotive supply chain.
