What you will do

• Act as the subject matter release expert for product teams and drive prioritization within squads.
• Communicate critical project plans, commitments, requirements, and scope changes.
• Collaborate with technical and business partners to ensure launch readiness and training delivery.
• Coordinate the creation of detailed release notes, runbooks, and platform architecture diagrams.
• Manage risks, resolve issues affecting release quality, and facilitate deployment Go/No-Go meetings.
• Support release events and coordinate real-time issue resolution.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Coyoacan, Mexico
• English: Excellent verbal and written communication required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Release Management, Project/Program Management, or Agile methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience facilitating software delivery projects across multiple teams and regions.
• Proficiency with SaaS solutions and Agile frameworks such as Kanban, SAFe, Scrum, or Lean.
