What you will do

• Act as the subject matter release expert for product teams, driving prioritization within squads.
• Communicate critical project plans, commitments, and changes, including requirements, QA plans, and scope.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and creative partners to ensure timely launch readiness and training delivery.
• Coordinate the creation of detailed release notes, runbooks, and platform architecture diagrams.
• Manage risks and resolve issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality, including facilitating Go/No-Go meetings.
• Support release events and continuously improve the overall release process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Release Management, Release Engineering, Project/Program Management, or Agile methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience facilitating software delivery projects across multiple teams and regions.
• Required experience with Agile methodologies such as Kanban, SAFe, Scrum, or Lean.
• Understanding of SaaS solutions and proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, and Teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
