What you will do

• Gather business requirements and create detailed process documentation and solution designs.
• Develop wireframes and other functional artifacts to guide the development process.
• Lead workstreams and cross-functional teams to support enterprise transformation programs.
• Collaborate regularly with stakeholders from Zurich North America.
• Facilitate agile delivery and Scrum ceremonies as a certified Scrum Master.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• 1–3 years of experience leading workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) for communication with North American stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Jira, Visio, Excel, and wireframing tools.
• Must be based in Mexico City or Guadalajara (Hybrid model).

Nice to have

• GW Policy Center Certification (BA/Functional).
• Experience in P&C or Commercial Insurance.
• Experience interacting with Underwriting SMEs.
