What you will do
- Own agency-sourced revenue for Nimble Ads across holding companies and independent agencies.
- Build and execute an agency partnership strategy to increase inclusion in annual planning cycles.
- Develop multi-threaded relationships across planning, activation, and client leadership.
- Manage the end-to-end deal execution process, including proposals, pricing, and procurement.
- Collaborate with direct sales and internal teams (Product, Analytics) to ensure campaign success.
- Maintain pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy within the CRM.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in pharma digital advertising or healthcare media.
- Proven track record of scaling strategic partnerships and driving revenue through agencies.
- Deep understanding of pharma agency buying dynamics and media planning.
- Success closing deals ranging from $250K to $1M+ annualized.
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior agency leaders.
- Must be based in the USA

- Experience selling privacy-safe audience solutions or patient engagement platforms.
- Familiarity with healthcare privacy regulations and regulated advertising workflows.
