hirify.global is a healthtech startup building a digital pharmacy platform and targeted media offering to simplify healthcare access for patients and biopharma brands.

What you will do

  • Own agency-sourced revenue for Nimble Ads across holding companies and independent agencies.
  • Build and execute an agency partnership strategy to increase inclusion in annual planning cycles.
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships across planning, activation, and client leadership.
  • Manage the end-to-end deal execution process, including proposals, pricing, and procurement.
  • Collaborate with direct sales and internal teams (Product, Analytics) to ensure campaign success.
  • Maintain pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy within the CRM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in pharma digital advertising or healthcare media.
  • Proven track record of scaling strategic partnerships and driving revenue through agencies.
  • Deep understanding of pharma agency buying dynamics and media planning.
  • Success closing deals ranging from $250K to $1M+ annualized.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior agency leaders.
  • Must be based in the USA

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships with major pharma agency networks and holding companies.
  • Experience selling privacy-safe audience solutions or patient engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with healthcare privacy regulations and regulated advertising workflows.
