Client Partner (Customer Success) (Healthtech): Supporting new and current pharmacy partners post-launch as the lead contact, increasing engagement with features and creating sales opportunities by aligning goals with revenue growth. Location: Hybrid from Redwood City, CA (work out of HQ)
Salary: $100,000 base plus commission

What you will do
- Train and manage a book of pharmacy partners, providing proactive solutions and recommending services to boost revenue
- Act as technical advisor, helping with integrations and API usage/best practices
- Analyze client data for optimization opportunities and present findings clearly
- Impact partner success by understanding workflows, issues, and product performance
- Share performance reports with decision-makers to drive adoption and growth
- Liaise between clients and engineering/product teams on features and requirements
Requirements
- 4+ years in account management, customer success, sales, or client support
- Proactive guidance through new processes in fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pharmacy experience highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree
