Location: Hybrid in Redwood City, CA

Salary: $165,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of 6-8 Enterprise CSMs supporting high-priority strategic customers.
  • Drive operational rigor across core playbooks to ensure consistent, outcome-focused engagements.
  • Reinforce accountability for key performance metrics including retention, product adoption, and influenced expansion.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing leaders to align account strategies and roadmap priorities.
  • Support complex customer engagements directly to model strategic account management and executive communication.
  • Identify friction points and refine workflows to improve overall team efficiency and tooling.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Redwood City, CA.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting within SaaS or developer tools.
  • 5+ years of experience managing high-performing CS teams in enterprise or technical environments.
  • Proven track record of driving retention and growth across large, complex enterprise accounts.
  • Technical fluency and comfort discussing APIs, integrations, and developer workflows.
  • Operational proficiency in Salesforce and related GTM tools.
