$60,000 base salary plus commission

What you will do

• Build relationships with pharmacy owners and decision makers to establish trust in hirify.global's platform
• Employ selling techniques: pre-call planning, research, rapport building, probing, demos, and closing
• Conduct product demos and presentations highlighting platform features and benefits
• Present sales and marketing info to promote business decisions and pharmacy growth
• Maintain CRM records in Salesforce and track sales progress
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals
• Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and success teams for smooth handoffs

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of Tech Sales experience
• Demonstrated success in full cycle sales with emphasis on relationship building
• Experience in Technology / Healthcare space
• Passion for customer work and impact
• Positive attitude for fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree
