Location: Hybrid from Redwood City, CA with 10% travel for client conferences.
Salary: $130,000 base plus commission

What you will do
- Manage post-sales for enterprise customers via relationship-building, planning, and execution.
- Handle complex integrations and develop key relationships with customer subteams.
- Build trusted advisor status with C-suite to align goals and success metrics.
- Collaborate with Account Executives on joint success plans and regular health checks.
- Act as voice of the customer, track enhancements, handle escalations, and improve engagement processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Enterprise Customer Success Management
- 3+ years in industry or related company experience
- Excellent project management and organizational skills in high-pressure environments.
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and take initiative in fast-paced settings.
- Bachelor’s degree.
