What you will do
- Partner with mid-level and senior leadership to implement HR processes that support strategic business growth.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
- Design and implement people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end cyclical HR programs such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement surveys.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
- Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers while contributing to workforce and succession planning.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues, preferably in a retail environment.
- Deep knowledge of HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, and employment law.
- Proven ability to analyze data and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
- Robust experience with HRIS administration (Oracle experience is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across all organizational levels.
