Industrial Security Integrators (ISI) is a professional services and government contracting firm specializing in security integrations.

What you will do

  • Serve as a collaborative liaison between executive leadership and staff to facilitate transparent communication and cultural alignment.
  • Lead core HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
  • Partner with leadership to assess and improve organizational structure, workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states.
  • Optimize HRIS platforms such as BambooHR and JazzHR and develop metrics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee payroll accuracy and coordination in collaboration with the Finance and Accounting team.

Requirements

  • United States citizenship is required by federal regulation.
  • Must hold or have eligibility for a security clearance.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR leadership, including employee relations and employment law (COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and FLSA).
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, or HRCI equivalent certification.
  • Experience within government contracting or private equity-backed organizations.
