What you will do

  • Own revenue numbers and build a consistent, market-winning sales machine.
  • Lead, coach, and grow the sales organization, hiring A-players and defining career paths.
  • Build, implement, and iterate the sales playbook for repeatable scalability.
  • Drive GTM execution for expansion across Europe during 2026-2027.
  • Manage the operating rhythm, including forecasting, compensation plans, KPIs, and pipeline reviews.
  • Continuously improve win rates, sales cycle efficiency, and ACV with a focus on unit economics.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, including 2+ years in a software sales leadership position.
  • Proven track record of scaling sales teams, ideally within a Series A-C high-growth organization.
  • Deep expertise in modern B2B SaaS sales motions, pipeline management, and velocity.
  • Ability to act as a player-coach, balancing hands-on deal closing with system-level thinking.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to Copenhagen or Barcelona.
