What you will do
- Own revenue numbers and build a consistent, market-winning sales machine.
- Lead, coach, and grow the sales organization, hiring A-players and defining career paths.
- Build, implement, and iterate the sales playbook for repeatable scalability.
- Drive GTM execution for expansion across Europe during 2026-2027.
- Manage the operating rhythm, including forecasting, compensation plans, KPIs, and pipeline reviews.
- Continuously improve win rates, sales cycle efficiency, and ACV with a focus on unit economics.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in sales, including 2+ years in a software sales leadership position.
- Proven track record of scaling sales teams, ideally within a Series A-C high-growth organization.
- Deep expertise in modern B2B SaaS sales motions, pipeline management, and velocity.
- Ability to act as a player-coach, balancing hands-on deal closing with system-level thinking.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Copenhagen or Barcelona.
