Product Manager I - Foundational Services (SaaS)

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA; Not hiring in New York, California, Hawaii, and Alaska)

Salary: $105,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for the Foundational Services development team.
• Conduct customer interviews and competitive research to identify business problems and design solutions.
• Manage and groom the product backlog, defining epics and features that drive customer value.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment.
• Use data and analytics to drive evidence-based decision-making for feature design and priority management.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or Web product management positions.
• Demonstrated experience as a technical product manager or working with API-based products.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship is available for this position.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, PivotalTracker, or Trello.
• Strong data-driven approach to scope and priority management.
