Location: Hybrid (Toronto, ON) — Requires working 3 days a week in the office

Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Contribute to the roadmap for core platform services, including APIs, data infrastructure, and identity management.
• Translate platform strategy into clear product requirements and user stories with measurable success criteria.
• Partner with engineering to prioritize the backlog, refine requirements, and support sprint delivery.
• Collaborate with vertical product teams to identify shared capability needs and integration opportunities.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and release notes for shared platform capabilities.
• Monitor key platform metrics such as performance, reliability, and adoption to identify improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management or technical product ownership experience in SaaS or platform environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data integrations, event/notification infrastructure, and cloud architectures.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable product requirements and user value.
• Proven success partnering with engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical features.
• Must be based in Toronto, ON to support the hybrid office requirement.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices, API management tools, or developer platforms.
• Exposure to identity management or observability systems.
• Experience in AI-native product development environments leveraging agentic tools.
