What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year vision and roadmap for communication data, operational reporting, and AI-powered insights.
• Develop the canonical cross-channel data model for calls, texts, and emails to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Prioritize internal CommHub APIs and reporting pipelines into Snowflake for downstream product teams.
• Design and manage the portfolio of Contact Center KPI reports and workforce management tools.
• Lead the Voice Intelligence product line, including AI summaries, sentiment analysis, and coaching workflows.
• Align executive leadership and cross-functional teams on complex technical and product decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex platforms, data, or AI products.
• Must be based in the US (required for salary zone eligibility and work authorization).
• Deep technical fluency in data modeling, APIs, event-driven systems, and analytics pipelines.
• Experience building data-intensive products like operational dashboards or AI enterprise tools.
• Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma Make, Claude Design, or similar AI tools.
• Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and aligning diverse stakeholders.
