What you will do

• Manage inbound customer leads via calls, texts, and other channels using a proven sales playbook.
• Build rapport with pet parents to understand grooming preferences and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to optimize groomer routes and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer documentation within the Marathon CRM tool.
• Conduct proactive outbound calls to resolve scheduling conflicts and onboard new customers.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in inbound or outbound sales.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes (up to 100 calls per day).
• Proficiency in building rapport and identifying customer needs to drive bookings.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer with a suitable headset.

• Spanish language proficiency.
