Salary: $1,100 - $1,400 USD + commission

is recruiting for a CrossFit coach and entrepreneur launching a specialized pilot program to optimize lead engagement for gym owners.
What you will do
- Call back inbound leads immediately (ideally within 5 minutes) to capture interest.
- Conduct subtle sales conversations to qualify goals and motivations.
- Schedule introductory meetings for local gym owners.
- Represent the CrossFit brand using an aspirational, supportive, and non-aggressive tone.
- Manage lead workflows within a centralized pilot system to ensure no lead remains unattended.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, intake coordination, or appointment setting.
- Proven track record in high-volume warm lead calling.
- Advanced English communication skills with a neutral/light accent suitable for North American clients.
- Ability to work during 9 am - 5 pm PST.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel) is preferred.
