TL;DR

Outbound Sales & Onboarding Specialist (Pet Space): Conducting outbound prospecting and relationship-building with pet breeders to increase adoption of a protection system with an accent on lead conversion and user activation. Focus on cold calling, managing the sales pipeline in HubSpot, and guiding breeders through their first litter submission.

Location: Must be based in the Philippines

Salary: $1,200 - $1,600 AUD / Monthly + Incentives

What you will do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls (50-80 per day) to breeder leads using structured scripts.
  • Introduce the Protection System and convert suitable breeders into active participants.
  • Take ownership of breeder activation by guiding them toward their first litter submission.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate breeder records within HubSpot.
  • Handle objections and build long-term rapport using a relationship-led approach.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with a professional phone manner for Australian customers.
  • Availability to align with AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday).
  • High level of coachability and willingness to follow a proven sales process.
  • Comfortable with strict KPI targets and daily outbound calling.

Nice to have

  • Experience in outbound calling, customer service, or appointment setting.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM tools.
  • Exposure to the pet, breeding, or insurance industries.
