What you will do

• Lead full-stack product design including user research, interaction design, visual design, and experience strategy across digital platforms.
• Design responsive web, mobile, and integrated experiences ensuring consistency across customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, brand, communications, and research teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Apply and evolve design systems including typography, layout, color, icons, and interaction patterns aligned with brand.
• Work with engineering to ensure scalable, reusable design implementation.
• Contribute to design standards, best practices, and guidelines to elevate product quality.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and partner with design leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack or product designer focused on customer-facing digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web, mobile, and multi-platform product design (required for application).
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable visual systems across responsive and native applications.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design patterns, and digital product ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
