Senior Product Designer

Base salary range $130,000 - $155,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design for major initiatives across platforms
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define strategy and roadmap
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences
• Prototype rapidly in code, create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and maintain Figma component libraries
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform decisions
• Lead design system evolution and ensure consistency across products
• Present to stakeholders and collaborate with engineering for design-code parity

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in product design or UX/UI
• Experience with complex SaaS, marketplace, or workflow-driven B2B products
• Demonstrated building or contributing to scalable design systems
• Expertise in Figma libraries, components, variants, design tokens, and patterns
• Strong systems thinking, ownership of ambiguous problems, and communication skills
• Collaboration with front-end engineers, PMs, and go-to-market teams
