What you will do

• Lead growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion.
• Translate strategies into experiments, product improvements, and scalable experiences like onboarding flows and feature discovery.
• Run A/B tests and iterative improvements using data, usability testing, and funnel analysis to validate designs and define success metrics.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to align priorities, contribute to roadmaps, and navigate tradeoffs.
• Deliver user flows, prototypes, and polished UI, contributing to the design system for consistent experiences.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of product design experience with portfolio showing ownership of complex problems and impact.
• Experience designing B2B SaaS products, ideally fintech or complex platforms.
• Strong knowledge of product-led growth, funnels (onboarding, activation, retention, expansion), and experimentation (A/B testing).
• Product thinking to connect user needs, strategy, and outcomes; ability to influence and collaborate with leaders.
• Operate independently in fast-paced environments using modern tools like Figma.
