Location: Remote (Global); office available in San Francisco. Must be able to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 + equity + ZRX tokens

What you will do

• Design new features and refine core trading experiences for Matcha and the hirify.global Dashboard.
• Own the design direction for hirify.global.org in partnership with the marketing team.
• Create high-quality UI, interactive prototypes, and motion designs to align teams quickly.
• Partner closely with engineering through build and QA to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Conduct lightweight user research to uncover friction and validate directions.
• Evolve the visual language across product and brand touchpoints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a track record of shipping successful products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high craft UI, UX, and interaction design.
• Experience designing high-stakes flows where clarity and trust are critical (e.g., trading, payments).
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Strong product thinking and the ability to prioritize and define constraints.
• Ability to attend annual in-person team offsites globally.

Nice to have

• Experience in DeFi or TradFi product design.
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) for iteration and frontend collaboration.
• Cross-platform design instincts across product, brand, and marketing.
