What you will do

• Perform full-cycle accounts payable functions: code, vouch, and process vendor invoices in compliance with internal controls.
• Coordinate invoice processing including 3-way matching, GL coding, and securing necessary approvals.
• Manage credit card transactions in Ramp and execute weekly payment disbursements.
• Set up new vendors and maintain W-9 and W-8BEN compliance documentation.
• Establish payment schedules and milestones by capturing financial commitments from executed contracts.
• Maintain 1099 vendor data and support accurate annual 1099 filing.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience, preferably full-cycle AP.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Solid understanding of 3-way matching, GL coding, and AP internal controls.
• Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and resolving discrepancies independently.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and professional communication.
• Experience with accounting systems; familiarity with QuickBooks and Ramp is a plus.
