Location: Atlanta, GA or Miami, FL. Flexible workforce model (Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite). Must be based in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $248,000 - $310,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Drive acquisition of new logo enterprise accounts within a designated territory.
  • Navigate complex organizations to establish relationships with multiple decision-makers and C-level sponsors.
  • Identify customer needs and configure appropriate offerings from the hirify.global portfolio.
  • Expand the sales pipeline through prospecting and coordination with marketing campaigns.
  • Close multi-year consumption-based deals and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and Sales Development Representatives to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional sales experience.
  • Field sales experience selling software to F1000 companies.
  • Proven track record of success in consultative enterprise solutions selling.
  • Strong "sales hunter" skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

  • Previous experience selling Observability solutions.
  • Technical background.
