Salary: $248,000 - $310,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Drive acquisition of new logo enterprise accounts within a designated territory.
- Navigate complex organizations to establish relationships with multiple decision-makers and C-level sponsors.
- Identify customer needs and configure appropriate offerings from the portfolio.
- Expand the sales pipeline through prospecting and coordination with marketing campaigns.
- Close multi-year consumption-based deals and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and Sales Development Representatives to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional sales experience.
- Field sales experience selling software to F1000 companies.
- Proven track record of success in consultative enterprise solutions selling.
- Strong "sales hunter" skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).

- Previous experience selling Observability solutions.
- Technical background.
