What you will do

• Develop and execute brand strategy including voice, visual identity, and positioning as organic energy leader.
• Own all marketing: digital campaigns, social media, content, influencers, and experiential events.
• Plan and launch campaigns for product launches and promotions using data to optimize ROI.
• Oversee content creation across formats and collaborate with operations, sales, and product teams.
• Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and build community via social, email, and engagement.
• Track metrics like engagement, conversion, and CAC to refine strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years in brand marketing, ideally CPG, beverage, or wellness.
• Proven ability to build and scale brands with creative campaigns.
• Skilled in coordinating multiple channels with limited resources.
• Hands-on experience from social copy to influencer negotiations.
• Data-driven with Google Analytics and social insights.
• Passionate about organic and health-conscious products.

Nice to have

• Experience with sustainable brands, community-building, or guerrilla marketing.
