TL;DR

Creative Director (Growth): Driving agency expansion through high-impact pitch work and new business development with an accent on social-first creative strategy and persuasive storytelling. Focus on leading multidisciplinary teams, shaping agency propositions, and converting commercial challenges into award-winning creative platforms.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

  • Lead the creative development of major pitch responses from initial brief to final presentation.
  • Partner with Growth and Strategy teams to identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Create standout social-first propositions and campaign ideas that differentiate the agency.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across Creative, Strategy, Design, and Production.
  • Shape agency credentials, case studies, and marketing materials to elevate external positioning.
  • Transition into senior creative leadership for retained client accounts following successful wins.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of developing standout social-first creative that drives results and wins new business.
  • Experience leading or playing a significant role in agency pitches and new business development.
  • Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to generate big platform ideas.
  • Experience leading senior multidisciplinary teams and providing clear creative direction.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
