What you will do

• Lead and scale social media teams across US and UAE client accounts
• Develop multi-platform strategies for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Drive follower growth, engagement, and audience development
• Manage end-to-end influencer marketing from talent scouting to analysis
• Oversee UGC, brand collaborations, and creative direction for platform-native content
• Integrate AI into content creation, reporting, automation, and SOPs
• Handle client communications, reporting, and KPI monitoring

Requirements

• 8+ years in social media or digital marketing; agency experience required
• Proven leadership managing 5–8 client accounts simultaneously
• Deep expertise in TikTok/Instagram growth, influencer marketing, and UGC
• Experience scaling personal/founder brands
• Hands-on with AI tools for workflows and systems
• Understanding of paid social integration with organic strategy
• Portfolio with case studies of campaigns and influencer activations required
