TL;DR

Social Media Specialist: Creating and distributing engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok for global B2B/B2C brands with an accent on audience engagement, analytics, and influencer/UGC management. Location: 100% remote from anywhere worldwide, must work 40 hours/week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PT.

Salary: $17–$35 per hour (CA, NY, WA, CO; may vary outside).

What you will do

  • Create and distribute engaging content including short-form videos, carousels, graphics, and posts.
  • Research new social platforms and adapt strategies to client needs.
  • Develop innovative strategies to grow followers, engagement, and target new customers.
  • Analyze campaigns, translate data into recommendations for social, content, SEO, and ad optimizations.
  • Manage community/influencer outreach, UGC campaigns, and editorial calendars.
  • Report on ROI, reviews, feedback; respond to inquiries; train team on best practices.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Strong understanding of audiences, best practices for engagement and traffic.
  • Analytical/quantitative skills to measure marketing performance.
  • Experience with social media management/scheduling tools and metrics monitoring.
  • 2+ years building social presence for global consumer brands (B2B/B2C).
  • Availability for 40 hours/week, 9am–6pm PT; organized, detail-oriented, confidential.
  • Expertise in influencer marketing, UGC briefs, consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text).
