TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and execute LEAN roadmap using 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, VSM, and other methodologies.
  • Lead full-cycle 5S implementation, audits, and sustainment systems at plant level.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and CI workshops aligned with business priorities.
  • Train and coach leaders and frontline employees on LEAN tools and problem-solving (A3, PDCA, DMAIC).
  • Analyze operational data to identify waste, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement projects, track progress, and communicate results to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on LEAN experience with 5S implementation in manufacturing/industrial environments
  • Proven ability to lead Kaizen events and deliver measurable improvements
  • Strong data analytics skills to extract, interpret, visualize operational data
  • Experience with dashboards and tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau
  • Ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams
