What you will do

• Develop relationships with vendors and act as liaison with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Payer Relations, and IT.
• Monitor vendor performance through KPIs, data analysis, and SLA adherence.
• Handle escalations, arbitration, risk identification, and propose interventions.
• Onboard and integrate new vendors, participate in selection, and provide feedback during contracting.
• Maintain operational metrics, invoicing, budgeting, and communicate expectations to vendors.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Front End (Patient Access) and/or Back End (Billing and Collections).
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring financial and operational performance.
• Ability to resolve disputes, assess proposals, and communicate effectively.
• Strong relationship and interpersonal skills across contract lifecycle.
• Attention to detail, time management, HIPAA compliance, and consistent availability.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare-related field.
• 2-3 years in healthcare vendor management.
• Experience driving results, onboarding vendors, and healthcare industry knowledge.
• Knowledge of performance metrics for assessments and negotiations.
