What you will do

• Develop strategies to maximize data value and advise clients on comprehensive data management.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and workable data solutions.
• Analyze and model existing data landscapes, sources, and data flows.
• Design and implement scalable data models, database structures, and ETL processes.
• Build data pipelines for analytics and machine learning applications.
• Prepare technical documentation and lead workshops to support data platform implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent English and Dutch (C1).
• Professional experience in data management and digital transformation projects.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Java, C#, R, and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Valid work permit for the Netherlands is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
• Knowledge of modern data trends such as Data Mesh.
