Principal Technical Product Manager (Agentic AI): Own hirify.global’s Agentic AI strategy and drive the first wave of agentic capabilities across the Supply Chain Planning portfolio with an accent on zero-to-one discovery, platform development, and cross-functional execution. Focus on defining agentic capability models, prototyping planner-facing agents, and building an Agentic Development Platform for autonomous systems.

What you will do

• Own the Agentic AI strategy, roadmap, and outcomes across the planning suite
• Define agentic capability model including reasoning, tool-use, guardrails, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls
• Lead zero-to-one discovery, prototyping, and delivery of initial planner-facing agents
• Own the Agentic Development Platform for building, deploying, and monitoring agents
• Collaborate with engineering, ML, design, field, and executives to shape product direction and execution
• Partner with field teams for pilots, feedback, and sales enablement

Requirements

• 7–10+ years in Product Management with zero-to-one delivery in ML/AI domains
• Experience with Agentic AI, LLM-based products, tool-use, orchestration, grounding/RAG, evaluation, and safety guardrails
• Success in high-velocity incubation or startup-like environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Empowered, outcome-oriented thinking; comfortable with ambiguity
• Obsessed with customer needs and system trust

Nice to have

• Systems intuition in supply chain planning (S&OP, forecasting, replenishment, logistics)
• Understanding of ERP/WMS/TMS/APS integrations
• Comfort with probabilistic models, optimization, and ML operations
• Prior work on development platforms or shared services
