TL;DR
Training & Instructional Design Specialist (Digital Banking): Conducting comprehensive training for new hires to the digital banking team with an accent on workflows, job-specific skills, compliance, and process changes. Location: Remote within 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST flexible hours
Salary: $60,000 - $78,000 a year

What you will do
- Deliver virtual training programs on job-specific skills, compliance, company policies, and process changes
- Analyze internal training needs, develop objectives, create content, test questions, supplemental materials, and eLearning scripts
- Facilitate training using adult learning principles, effective communication, and best practices
- Consult subject matter experts to ensure lesson quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with Instructional Designer on job aids, participant guides, and training plans
- Perform duties within flexible 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST hours and handle additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Learning, Adult Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in financial institution trainer role, preferably contact center and remote
- Minimum 5 years in Instructional Design, Training, or similar role
- Experience at financial institution, top-tier consulting firm, or high-growth startup strongly preferred
- Proficiency with learning tools, platforms, methodologies; Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational skills; self-motivated, adaptable, collaborative
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories
- Ability to translate business requirements into training products
