What you will do
- Design and manage manufacturing skills and compliance training programs for production employees, including onboarding and performance support tools.
- Develop change enablement strategies for system implementations, facility expansions, and organizational transformations.
- Partner with Engineering and IT leaders to create targeted learning pathways and support enterprise system rollouts.
- Conduct needs assessments, apply instructional design methodologies, and create learning assets like e-learning modules and job aids.
- Manage program roadmaps, facilitate sessions, and evaluate effectiveness using data and feedback.
- Leverage LMS for delivery, tracking, and reporting, optimizing learning technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years in learning and development, with direct experience in manufacturing or industrial environments including frontline training and compliance.
- Experience supporting large-scale change initiatives like system implementations or facility expansions.
- Strong instructional design skills (e.g., ADDIE, Action Mapping), program management, and stakeholder engagement across levels.
- Proficiency in LMS, e-learning tools (Articulate 360 preferred), and adult learning principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, HR, Education, or related field required.
- Ability to operate as individual contributor, balancing site and enterprise priorities.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or HR.
- Certifications like ATD, CPTD, or Prosci Change Management.
