What you will do

• Develop and maintain IT training programs for end-users to improve technical proficiency and workflow efficiency.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure they are proficient in the firm's technology stack.
• Create user guides, reference sheets, and e-learning content tailored for legal professionals.
• Train users on key legal software including iManage, NetDocuments, Elite 3E, and Aderant.
• Collaborate with IT and Practice Support teams to identify and solve technology adoption gaps.
• Provide post-training support and assist with technology rollouts and upgrades.

Requirements

• Strong background in law firm technology environments.
• Hands-on experience training users on legal applications and document management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools within a professional services context.
• Ability to deliver training both in-person and virtually across multiple offices.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Baltimore, MD
