What you will do

• Oversee overall project success, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to resolve complex project issues and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Take ownership of specific project deliverables and oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Communicate project progress and major developments to senior stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level client decisions and escalations.
• Mentor and coach less experienced consultants to improve their technical performance and skills.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or computer science.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience within asset management, funds management, or custodian sectors.
• Experience in the operation and support of front-to-back investment management solutions.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Must be based in Mexico City for the hybrid workplace model.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and thrive under tight deadlines.
