Lead Service Delivery Business Consultant (SimCorp Dimension)

Location: Mexico City, hybrid workplace model; work on the NA shift is required, with occasional weekend, public holiday, and extended-hours work.

What you will do

• Own the overall success of projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and delivery standards.
• Provide solutions and deploy services related to the use of SimCorp Dimension.
• Resolve complex project issues as a subject matter expert and support clients and delivery teams during escalations.
• Coordinate tasks, deliverables, and multiple workstreams or projects while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Communicate progress and major developments to senior stakeholders and serve as a primary client contact.
• Mentor consultants and support strategic initiatives by driving execution.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in asset management, fund management, or custody.
• Experience operating and supporting front-to-back investment management solutions.
• Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or computer science.
• Knowledge of theoretical and practical financial matters.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, solve problems, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Fluent spoken and written English and availability for the NA shift.
