TL;DR

ServiceNow Practice Lead (ServiceNow/AI): Driving growth, strategy, and delivery excellence of the ServiceNow and AI-enabled transformation portfolio with an accent on scaling a high-performing practice and leading complex federal client engagements. Focus on architecting advanced AI solutions, including RAG frameworks and agentic workflows, to modernize enterprise service management.

Location: Must be local to the DC Metro area; partially remote with regular on-site client meetings.

What you will do

  • Build and scale the ServiceNow practice, including go-to-market strategies, offerings, and delivery standards.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex ServiceNow programs (ITSM, CSM, HRSD) for federal clients.
  • Architect and implement advanced AI solutions using NOW Assist, RAG frameworks, and multi-LLM architectures.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on digital transformation and AI adoption strategies.
  • Lead business development efforts, including proposal development and strategic account planning.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of architects and consultants.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance.
  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification is required.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in ServiceNow or enterprise platform implementations.
  • 3–5+ years of experience leading large-scale ServiceNow programs or practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities (NOW Assist, Agentic AI, or AI Control Tower).
  • Proven success in business development and executive-level stakeholder management.

Nice to have

  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  • Prior federal consulting experience at the Senior Manager or Director level.
  • Expertise in AI/ML architecture, data engineering, and automation platforms.
