What you will do

• Scale product marketing processes to drive pipeline, solution value, and customer value realization.
• Develop and maintain positioning, key differentiators, and messaging for hirify.global solutions.
• Lead end-to-end launch plans for new features, products, and technology integrations.
• Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, RFP templates, and demo videos.
• Analyze the competitor landscape and conduct win/loss analysis to provide market insights.
• Influence the product roadmap by synthesizing feedback from analysts, customers, and market research.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in smaller organizations.
• Deep knowledge of networking technologies, threat actors, vulnerability management, and exposure management.
• Familiarity with security frameworks: Zero Trust, CTEM, STIG, CIS, PCI DSS, NERC CIP, and CMMC.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
