What you will do

• Design and own the event tracking architecture across web, app, and backend, defining event structures and naming conventions.
• Manage end-to-end data flow across tools like RudderStack, Amplitude, and Iterable.
• Establish and enforce data governance, including taxonomy, validation, and monitoring to prevent data drift.
• Partner with Marketing and CRM teams to enable segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and experimentation.
• Evaluate Martech tools and build automated workflows and intelligent agents to improve data quality and scalability.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and the ability to translate business questions into structured analysis.
• Experience with Martech ecosystems, including CDPs, product analytics, and engagement platforms.
• Solid understanding of data quality, tracking, and event-driven data models.
• Strong structured thinking and the ability to break problems down into hypotheses.
• Ownership mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
