What you will do

• Analyze growth and marketing funnels from traffic to upgrade.
• Define success metrics for campaigns and in-product growth initiatives.
• Support A/B testing across landing pages, onboarding, and lifecycle messaging.
• Build and maintain dashboards for Growth and Marketing stakeholders.
• Use AI and LLM-powered tools to automate recurring analyses and surface trends.
• Partner with Product teams to ensure correct instrumentation of growth-related events.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in a dedicated Data Analyst role, ideally in a SaaS or PLG environment.
• Advanced English proficiency required for daily interaction with global teams.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, event-level datasets.
• Proficiency with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap.
• Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of PLG metrics such as activation, conversion, retention, and CAC.
