What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end ML models for ranking, matching, and predictive systems with measurable business impact.
• Develop and deploy LLM-powered solutions and evaluation frameworks applied to mental health workflows.
• Apply causal inference and behavioral analysis to understand user retention, engagement, and platform health.
• Design and maintain centralized monitoring infrastructure, OKR tracking, and impact-sizing frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to transform ambiguous problems into scalable data solutions.
• Leverage rich datasets to build personalized experiences that improve mental health outcomes for patients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience building ML/AI systems at scale.
• Proven track record of deploying production ML models with measurable business impact.
• Hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, and GenAI techniques.
• Experience driving product or growth decisions through deep user understanding or marketplace dynamics.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the San Francisco hub.
