Salary: $154,700 – $209,300 CAD

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with GenAI, NLP, transformer-based models, and prompt engineering/evaluation.
• Proficiency in data manipulation, cleaning, and pre-processing for complex unstructured datasets.
• Experience with open-source LLM foundation models and commercial APIs such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
• Experience with agentic frameworks and workflows.
• Must be based in Canada or the United States.
• Proven track record of mentorship in software development within an agile process for large-scale SaaS products.
