Salary: $244,000 — $305,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop AI-powered solutions to shape the future of the agentic growth platform using cutting-edge AI techniques.
• Build agentic capabilities to autonomously create personalized emails, push notifications, and ad copy.
• Implement ML/AI orchestration to optimize audience selection, messaging, and timing for communications.
• Design AI agents that autonomously identify marketing opportunities and convert them into executable campaigns.
• Productionize and operate large-scale ML/AI models and pipelines for batch and real-time use cases.
• Mentor engineers and partner with foundations teams to make AI a core discipline across the organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of industry experience in applied ML/AI, inclusive of an MS or PhD in relevant fields.
• Strong programming skills in Scala, Python, Java, or C++.
• Deep understanding of ML/AI best practices, neural networks, deep learning, and optimization.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, personalization, search, and recommendation systems.
• Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Airflow, and Kafka.
• Must reside in a US state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity.

Nice to have

• Experience developing agentic solutions and automation frameworks.
• Proven track record of taking AI products from incubation to production at scale using agile practices.
• Experience building robust testing frameworks for agent behavior validation.
